Veselí nad Moravou - Vnorovy sailing circuit, survey

Geodetic survey of the Veselí nad Moravou – Vnorovy sailing circuit consisted in surveying the required design area and the  construction of a new access road, port and subsequent planned connection of the Baťa Canal and the Morava River. This concerns special mapping with the required high density of the surveyed points. The existing civil structures required a detailed survey to obtain detailed views and sections for their possible modifications. The work also included plotting of vegetation in our map documents. A measurement boat was used to survey the bottom of both the Baťa Canal and the Morava River itself. The strong stream in the river was at the very limit of applicability of our measurement methods.
