The construction includes necessary relocations and other related investments of the city – relocation of sewers, collector "D" including house connections, 2 combined system overflows, relocation of water mains, gas pipelines, communication and traction cables and other technical infrastructure, 2 lookout terraces, cycle paths, stairs, pavements, roads, greenery, etc.
Description of flood protection:
Flood protection measures implemented in the historic centre of the city as part of stage II.B ensuring an increase in the capacity of the Morava River in km 233,225 to 235,089 (in a length of 1,864 km) from Q20 = 384 m3/s to Q380 = 650 m3/with. The proposed construction includes modifications to the riverbed, widening and lowering of the berm, construction of new earth dams and protection reinforced concrete walls with sealing JCPS walls, local riverbed dredging, construction of an extended river bank with a publicly accessible berm ( foundations on drilled piles), etc.
