Modern design and data sharing technologies

We apply the BIM methodology in most of our new projects. In practice, this means that all information about the designed civil structures (3D graphics, non-graphic information) is concentrated within a single information model. This model then generates complete sets of documentation meeting various needs and used at various construction phases.
The information model as well as all communication with the client and external collaborators is stored in a common data environment (CDE). This makes the process of construction preparation and follow-up project implementation (operation)  completely transparent for all parties involved.
To be able to work with this method, considerable sums are invested every year in advanced tools licenses, f ICT infrastructure development and user training.
